#102 Flo from Pro Custom Painting is on the show and we are talking young business owner and a little painting

  • by

We open the show with the Albanian National Anthem, The Construction Life rendition. Enjoy.

Flo lived in Italy for 13 years, 6 in Albania and now 6 in Canada, he hopes to continue to build his legacy right here in the good old SIX.

An immigrant coming to Canada and understanding the opportunities is something Manny and Carlito can relate to and can respect. We discuss the work ethics and how immigrants differ, how the life and having so little drives a person to have a better life. Flo has always been ambitious and goal oriented and the moment he arrived in North America he set out a plan to make his dreams a reality.

We discuss on site etiquette with all trades, what a GC really should be doing on site, making those connections that will pay off later and more.

Finally, we do discuss some painting techniques and tips from the master himself and unfortunately Carlito can’t help himself interrupting our guest.

Thank you so much Flo for joining the show again and sharing your construction stories, insight and more, you have massive career ahead of you. Anyone interested in any kind of great painting please contact Flo at 647 990-9070 and [email protected] and find him on IG at @procustompainting for some great posts and videos that will teach and entertain you.

Don’t forget we have Construction History from Manny at the beginning of the show, Building Code Talk with Manny at the midpoint and Green Book Talk with Carlito at the near end and now the brand new and very well received Twelve Questions of Construction.

Thank you to Mark from @skyluxeroofing for letting us record the show in his breakroom and welcome him and his guys always walking through the recording. Give Mark and his solid crew a call for your next roofing, cladding, ACM project.
